Dr. Laura Hills Describes Her Leadership Philosophy on Pierre Campbell’s Leadership Series

Leadership coach Pierre Campbell hosted Blue Pencil Institute president Dr. Laura Hills today on his Leadership Network video program, a resource for career professionals who wish to maximize their potential. Dr. Hills shared her own career journey with Campbell and described Blue Pencil Institute’s philosophy and offerings.
Dr. Hills also talked with Campbell about the ethical challenges leaders face every day and emphasized how important it is for leaders to brand themselves and to develop and live by a personal mission statement. Losing sight of a leader’s personal “True North,” Dr. Hills told Campbell, is what derails so many from achieving their goals and living with purpose.
